Chris Brown is being accused of
snatching a female fan's cell phone from her hands and driving off with
it in Miami over the weekend. According to a police report, the R&B
singer and rapper Tyga were exiting Cameo nightclub on Sunday when the
fan, Christal Shanae Spann, followed them to their awaiting Bentley,
eager for a photo. But according to the police report, when she snapped a
shot of Brown sitting in his car, he angrily grabbed her $500 iPhone
and yelled, "Bitch, you ain't going to put that on no website," before
rolling up the window and speeding off.
Under
Florida law, what the "Forever" singer did was break a law called
Robbery by Sudden Snatching, a third-degree felony -- and it's
punishable by up to five years in jail.
