Alaska snow dump. Is it Sarah Palin's fault? LOL

• Dozens of National Guard troops have arrived in Cordova to help   the  fishing town dig  from large amounts of  snow which have collapsed roofs, trapped some people in their houses and started avalanches.
  
  The city is used to snow, but not like this season's unusual amount.
  The Guard reported more than 18 feet of snow has fallen in the past weeks, although the National Weather Service did not immediately have a measurement.   2012
